Profile

Steve is a Partner with Pivotal Advisors. He draws from a wide variety of platforms of business encounters, leadership experiences, and intense competition. Leadership has been forefront in his career for over 19 years. Steve has been dedicated to improving processes, inspiring people and driving results with his unique customized approaches.  His work includes helping sales leaders lead their sales teams to dynamically differentiate, implementing consistent processes, highlighting and driving the right activities that have led to healthy sales organizations.  Steve’s work has included projects with AGCO, DCH Auto Group, Siemens, Ceva Pharmaceuticals, Isis Pharmaceuticals, The Remi Goup, Saxton Bradley, SICO America, Stonebrooke, Property Guys and RPB Safety.

Previous Experience

Steve has worked in a variety different businesses and selling platforms.  Steve has been a Vice President of Sales of a couple of companies in Minnesota, leading teams from 6 – 120 people at various times.  Steve’s experiences range from complex selling situations with multiple decision makers to simple one time transactional sales. His consulting experience has been made up of many successful facilitations and implementations that have led to incredible results. Steve has also owned a Web Design Training company. His vast experience includes serving as a US Marine. In the Marines, he worked as a Liaison Chief, leading and coordinating missions with multiple agencies during many real exercises. Steve was recognized as the Marine of the Year in ‘99.

A few years ago Steve was flying across the country when he read a book that crystalized his purpose in life. The book begged the question, “Are you a transactional or transformational person?” He realized then his purpose was to help others in a more meaningful manner. Shortly after he developed his life’s motto and a lens to help others: Get FIT: Fully Engage – Inspire Learning and Change – Transfer Real Results.
