Profile

Elizabeth is a Senior Consultant at Pivotal Advisors.  She works with companies to improve the health and effectiveness of their sales organizations by identifying the key areas that need realignment based on the specific needs of their business.  Elizabeth partners with and supports sales leaders to implement and execute the proven processes and systems that will have a greatest positive impact on their business.

Elizabeth has over 14 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing and procurement.  Her leadership style is based on her desire to help people and her commitment to the professional and personal growth of others.  She builds trust through authenticity and transparency.  Listening to others and respecting their point of view.  Her versatility enables her to work with a wide range of clients, adding value by the service, solutions and results she delivers.

She has built, led and coached teams, including channel sales organizations.  Elizabeth has a unique perspective based on her experience as a seller and a buyer. The companies she has worked with include Fortune 500 companies, mid-size companies, to start-ups and small businesses.   

She works collaboratively to solve problems, and remove barriers to work more efficiently and effectively.  She bridges cross-functional teams to break down the silos to generate clear, productive communication that leads to accomplishing shared goals.

Previous Experience

Elizabeth has a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of the business environment and strong business acumen.  Her broad knowledge comes from her experience at all stages of the product and sales cycle from design and development, to manufacturing and distribution, to retail and the end user.  By seeing the big picture, she can create the strategies necessary to take businesses to the next level.

Her approach to growing businesses profitability is customer-centric.  She has created, implemented and executed diverse selling strategies and trained others on these processes.  In addition, Elizabeth has developed and launched new product categories and offerings.  By identifying the needs of the customer, and staying true to the value proposition, she has capitalized on these new growth opportunities.

Elizabeth has helped drive teams through change from external shifts in the market, management changes, new product offerings, to new processes and systems.  Keeping teams focused and united during these changes to continue to delivery strong results.
