  • Grew a technology customer from $200k revenue to an $11.3 MM account from the strategic selling of a 3-year Customer-Focused Team global solution to better sell/serve their customers (e.g. the solution contributed to 69% increase in sales/employee, 20% increase in orders, 11% revenue increase and 21% increase in customer satisfaction)
  • Led and turned around a failing business unit to achieve 200% growth in first year executing new vision, sales process, talent acquisition, performance-based compensation and channel partner strategies
