Profile
Corky is a consultant responsible for the production of Pivotal Advisor’s learning and organizational development products. She customizes curriculum and training materials for clients in a variety of industries including financial services, manufacturing, technology and professional services. Corky is involved in all aspects of a project including instructional design, writing, graphics design, production, and facilitation. Recent instructional design projects have focused on sales effectiveness as well as leadership development and service training initiatives.
Corky works collaboratively with clients in the development of materials that are functional and creative while utilizing sound instructional design principles. She has gift for supplementing materials with imagery and models to reinforce the intended message while adhering to clients' branding and standard guidelines.
Previous Experience
Prior to Pivotal Advisors, Corky was a development Consultant for OCI (Organizational Concepts International) for eight years and after having provided project coordination and administrative assistance for Ecolab, the town of Jupiter, and the Palm Beach Kennel Club. Corky also enjoyed facilitating meetings for Weight Watchers for five years, leading and motivating over 300 members each week.
